An error installing MoinWiki

Hi all
I tried to install moinmoinWiki. But after installing with the guide,
I got the error when I access the test page
"http://localhost/moinWiki?action=test".
....
....
testBasicPackageThings
(MoinMoin._tests.test_packages.UnsafePackageTestca se) ... ERROR
....
....

Does anyone know how to solve it ?
Looks like running the test using the test wiki might be a good start.
But why don't you ask on MoinMoin mailing-list ? And while you're at it,
