Tools for Java/Python scripting

I have added a page to the wiki, listing tools for Java-Python
scripting (Java-Python interoperability).


I have included information about all of the tools that I could find.
If you know others, please add information about them to the page.

Perhaps "Scripting_Java" might be better.
