I'm really sorry, I'm sure this is a horrible newb question. But I'm really new to Python and I've been looking all over and I can't get anything to work.

I want to be able to draw rectangles around a chosen window. I can get the information about the window (hwnd) but I can't get the program to actually draw a rectangle.

Not that I've gotten this to work either, but I don't want this to just draw a rectangle on a canvas or anything. I want it to draw a rectangle around the actual window, on my screen (is that even possible?).

Thanks for whatever help I can get.
