Catching toplevel move and resize

From a PyGTK component I would like to react moving and resizing the
toplevel window. I try to connect the toplevel 'frame-event' to my
callback, but the toplevel do not fire on moving or resizing. Any
suggestions?

You are probably looking for "configure_event".
