new Python release date (Sept. 12)

just in case you don't check the PEP obsessively like i do (i'm really
excited for 2.5!), the new release dates are:

rc 1: August 18, 2006 [planned]
final: September 12, 2006 [planned]

although in the Abstract it still shows August 19...where can that be
reported?
