Python help

I am new to Python. I am writting a program which maps several radio
buttons to it own listbox. I just not getting the point. Please help

Please be more clear, What GUI Toolkit are you using? wxPython?

I am using Tkinter. I have multiple Radio Buttons and need to bind
each selection to its own listbox for further selection.
