using FFTW3 with Numeric on Windows

hi list,
as the subject says, I'm trying to find a way to use
FFTW3 with Numeric arrays.
I'm not very familiar with C(++) - I think ctypes is the
way to go, but I don't really have a clue how to do it.
Has somebody already tried this?

thx,
sven.
