calldll compiled for Python 2.4 for Windows

Does anyone have calldll.pyd compiled for Python 2.4 for Windows?
I've made extensive use of it and haven't had the time to go back
and convert everything to ctypes. I'd like to upgrade from
Python 2.2 but am stuck without this module. BTW, I don't have
any C compilers available on my machine.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
