Bandwidth Calculator

Hi I was wondering if there was anyway of determing the use of Bandwidth on
a remote computer in python through the ip address

If the remote computer responds to SNMP and has the MIB available to
respond to a bandwidth query, you may want to try PySNMP:
http://pysnmp.sourceforge.net/
I've never used it, so I can't attest to its functionality.
