Yes, but (AFAIK) only for ARM-based PDAs (i.e. most, maybe all Pocket PCs)
running Linux. The homepage is http://www.vanille.de/projects/python.spy,
but binaries are available in the feed for most handheld Linux
distributions.

David Kashtan of Validus Medical Systems Inc. has put heaps
of work in getting a "PocketPc" 2003 and 2002 version going.
Tkinter GUI also is available
