static compile frozen file for i386

I need to put on a web server that run only static compiled for i386
binary files a python script that use PIL, so I used the freeze utility
to have an executable file that works on my pc but doesn't work on the
server... How can I have a static compiling for i386 ? hve I to edit the
makefile generated by freeze? how?
