how to "touch" a file

leo
hi there

how can i "touch" a file, or more precise give it a specify mofification
timestamp?

i only found o.utime, but that seems to be cumbersome, beacuse in order
to set the modification time to a specify value i have to set the
access time as well.

so, is there anther module provideing an easier way just for the
modification time?

thanks, leo
