Case sensitive file names

P: n/a
When opening a file with,"r") under Windows, I find
that the file name is case sensitive - any error in the case leads to
the file not being found. Is it possible to locate filenames in a
case-insensitive manner under Windows?

Hi !

W2K, or WXP has also capability for filename in Unicode. The
"case-insensitive manner" is not systematic.
