Scientific Python

Is there a version of SciPy or Scientific (correct me if they're the same)
available for Python 2.3.2?? If there's not could somebody point me in the
right direction on getting an equivalent??

Yes (www.scipy.org), yes
(http://starship.python.net/crew/hinsen/scientific.html), no (they are not the
same).
