win32sh in win32all

I was looking for a way to call ShellExecuteEx() in python (from W2K),
and found win32sh, but it seems to be active only in PythonCE. Any
idea why? Plus, I found the source

http://www.murkworks.com/Research/Py...ds/win32sh.cpp

but not any associated project. For else I would probably try to roll
my own win32sh version for win32.
