more bugs in email module

I am trying to convert an application using rfc822, mimetools and
multifile to use the new email package. In addition to the param parsing
anomoly noted earlier, here is a test message that the email module can't
even read in andd write back out. It drops a whole section of headers for
the message/rfc822 part.

The old system works fine on this example.

Let me clarify the problem with a short test:

------te.py--------
import email
import sys

msg = email.message_from_file(sys.stdin)
sys.stdout.write(msg.as_string())
-------------------
$ python2 te.py <test8 >test8.out
$ diff test8 test8.out
..... lots of differences that shouldn't be there ....
