Program crafting IP packets using Scapy

hi there

i just used scapy and this

tutorial to write a program which can send DNS requets in an IP and get
the response
all this is done in PYTHON

ANY ONE if can do the same :-))

im ready to pay them if they can give a better interface to that(python
script) along with screen shots ..........
