program call graph

After much googling, I still cannot find any tool/module for producing a
(static) call graph of a program. I have got nearly to my aim with
trace.py, though it must actually run the program and the output would
have to be parsed after; and doxygen + pythfilter.py, which should work,
but did not (pythfilter having some parsing problems). I would greatly
appreciate your hints/suggestions.

Could you please help me with the following graphs: 1. python graph that reads in (x,y) data from a file 2. modify the program to draw a graph of the function using wxpython 3. python graph that performs a linear least squares regression, which fits a straight line through the points 3. plot the straight line in a different colour to the original graph connecting the points. I will appreciate your assistance in this regard.

I'm running activestate Python 2.4 for windows, and the latest BLT, under XP. I'm using pythonWin as my environment. When I run my plotting program the first time, it works just fine. If I exit out (normally), and then run it again from PythonWin, I get the following error. It's as if something isn't getting properly re-initialized. If I quit out of PythonWin, and relaunch it, I can run the program again, once. Any ideas?

Is there a standard way in C++ to call an external program or is this platform dependent? If it is platform dependent, can somebody drop a line what to use or where to look for info for GNU C++ on RedHat? I am doing some numerical calculations and need to invoke an external plotting program (gnuplot) and return to the numerics. Sorry if I posted twice.

I am making a monitor program for the PC. My monitor program will grab statistics about CPU and memory every 1 or 5 seconds. Then I want to store this data so I have a history and hence be able to graph this out in my GUI. I thought about using a plain text file to store my graph data and plot it out. Plot it out manually or use gnuplot. I found this tool called RRDTool (http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/). It's a...

I'm studying some graphs algorithm (minumum spanning tree, breath search first topological sort etc etc...) and to understand better the theory I'm implementing them with python... I made my own graph class, the constructor is simply this: class graph: "in forma di matrice e' una matrice normale, in forma di lista uso un dizionario" def __init__(self,nodes,edges,dir=False,weight=): # inizializzatore dell'oggetto, di default in forma di...

hello all, i am using netbeans ide for development. I want to display a graph on screen. After some search on google i found that we can create a graph by following steps: 1. extending a class with JPanel and overriding its paintcomponent() method. 2. now create a panel using palette and open its properties. 3. in property window go to code section and write new derivedclassname() in Custom creation code. This is working very fine. but...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
