.... otherwise, because my need is so urgent that I probably won;t be
monitoring the newsgroup, please bring a paper copy to my home between
the hours of 8:30 and 9:30 am.

Sorry, probably not as funny as I though, but honestly, "Python Network
Programming" is a *book*. Who even knows whether there *is* an
electronic version (APress would be a good site to visit, since they are
the publishers).

Why not, instead, explain what your *real* problem is? There's a good
chance that there may already be some Python on the 'Net that addresses
the issue, and saves you from building it from scratch. But if you don;t
tell us what you need to do, we'll never know.

Or perhaps you just want to publish an unauthorized Indian edition of
"Python Network Programming". How can we tell?

Medium/small site with mod_python and sqllite or mySQL running Python 2.3.3 or later on Apache 2.x. I can do the python and CGI, but might need a _little_ hand holding for the rest. Will also need SSL and a certificate. Also mailboxes for ~12 people (to start). We don't do unsolicited mailings or expect a huge amount of mail traffic at this time.

Anyone know anything about this book? I've read a few intro Python books already, but I'm always interested in reading more to reinforce the language. No reviews on Amazon yet so I'm not sure if it's good or not. Thanks.

On 2008-04-29 22:15, Sells, Fred wrote: You should have a look at Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/) and roundup (http://roundup.sourceforge.net/). Both are written in Python and provide excellent issue tracking. They differ a bit in design and approach to issue tracking, so you will likely need to investigate a bit further before you decide. Both are easy to extend and adapt to whatever needs you have.

I need a python programmer that can integrate graphics into an existing python application. The application is a basic application and the job should be pretty easy for an experienced Python programmer. Los Angeles programmer is preferred but this can obviously be done from anywhere. Please contact me at robnhood007@yahoo.com is you can help me. Thank you.

Hello, I am working with developing an application that uses the Netmon 3.2 API. Currently they have a PInvoke wrapper to access unmanaged C++ DLL functions. Basically what I am attempting to do is rewrite an example application (written in C++ and provided in their documentation) in C#. Everything compiles fine and executes, but I have no .cap file at the end of the run. Some things that may be wrong: the ADAPTER_INDEX is not correct OR...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
