All popular gui toolkits have such utility (wxWidgets, gtk, qt).
ie. look at glade (gtk gui builder): http://glade.gnome.org/

I feel like this has probably been answered before, but I couldn't find something quite like it in the archives. Feel free to point me somewhere if you know where this has already been answered. I have a list in a particular order that I want to split into two lists: the list of every nth item, and the list of remaining items. It's important to maintain the original order in both lists. So the first list is simple:

Hi, i create my GUIs mainly via wxGlade. However when you start of to program and want to do some rearranging to the gui, wxglade overwrites your file and you've got to put your own code back in. I think i can work around that (at least a bit) by making a second file that imports the gui generated by wxglade and make classes that extend the original ones. For instance i could have a class MainForm that extends the wxFrame

I've been using python to write a simple 'launcher' for one of our Java applications for quite a while now. I recently updated it to use python 2.4, and all seemed well. Today, one of my colleagues noted that on her machine the launcher would complain it was missing a DLL - msvcr71.dll However, there's a very grey area concerning the redistribution of said DLL. If you've been keeping up with the dev list, and some other web

Hey Guys, Today we are going to look at Code Access Security. Code access security is a feature of .NET that manages code depending on its trust level. If the CLS trusts the code enough to allow it ro run then it will execute, the code execution depends on the permission provided to the assembly. If the code is not trusted wnough to run or it attempts to perform an action which doe not have the required permissions then its execution...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...
