How to restore large postgresql file ~8GB~?

Trying to import postgresql file around 8GB using pg_restore but it's outputting an error message:

pg_restore -d testdb -U postgres -C helium-20141009.sql

pg_restore: [archiver] input file does not appear to be a valid archive
