how can i change my data folder????

Hi i trying to use Postgre SQL

and i`m on studying



i`m using windows7 and pgAdmin3


i want try change my data folder

for example

i want set my all of data save at

D:\db_data



how can i change data folder in pgAdmin3?

I dont know how to do it in pgAdmin3,

But the wiki of the postgres says it all:
Change_the_default_PGDATA_directory_on_Windows
