Recover deleted data without backup

Hi everybody,
my customer have deleted all the content of a table and like Always the backup procedure has failed.
May I recover data from the pg_xlog directory?
My idea is to install on another server and then try to execute all the logs, except the last one to recover the content of the erased table.
Any hint?
better ways to recover data?
Thank you
Paolo
