cannot resotore my backup

Hello,

I got my database server and client running in ubuntu. There are 8 roles in which all got a super user privilege to access the databse name xyz remotely.I took a backup of xyz database and passed it to the developers where they are using windows system, when they try to restore the backup file it then the following error comes

WARNING: errors ignored on restore: 1

Process returned exit code 1.

For backing up and restoring we are using PGADMIN tool.

kindly help me out where the process goes wrong wrong.

thank you
john
