PostGreSQL Clustering Installation

HI ALL,
I have installed postGreSQL 8.1 on one cluster System and Data directory is installed on SUN fiber Array. I was able to install database successfully and am able to execute select queries from my application. But Big Problem is, i am not able to execute insert queries and am getting such an error: "index "pbxs_pkey" is not a btree"...

Is There any body to help me.
