retrieve problem

hi all,
i have small problem. how can i retrieve selected rows from the table.
i want to retrieve rows from 10 to 20.
i use the query
"select * from tbl_name limit 10"
it displays data from 1 to 10
but i want to display data from 10 to 20
is there any function to do so
