syntax is not supported error

HI team,

I was trying to run the following code and got the below error. Can someone inform me why this is such? I'm using Postgres 7.2. Any workaround to make this script work? Thanks!

I fortunately found the reason for my problem. I got the syntax incorrect. It should be

  1. SELECT * FROM menu OFFSET 0 LIMIT 10
  2.
