How to insert multiple sub columns inside a column ??

Hi All

How to create a multiple coulmns inside a table in postgres database.
For illusturation i have shown below ,how to create a table like this (below) in postgres database.

Main Column | second column |
| |
A| B | | C | D |
| | | | |
| | | | |
| | | | |
| | | | |
| | | | |
| | | | |

Here "main column" and "second column" are the column ,A,B,C,D are sub column's .

I'm not sure what you need exactly, but look at the Array datatype in Postgres.
