Change date format only for one DB

hello,

I need to change date format from mm.dd.yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy
But only for one database. In other databases I need mm.dd.yyyy

is it possible set this format permanently???

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
(send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to ma*******@postgresql.org)

ALTER DATABASE xyz SET datestyle = ...
---------------------------(end of broadcast)---------------------------
