Is there a way to sort results as follows?

Acme

Cars
....

i.e., ignoring leading the's, a's, etc.?

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
(send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to ma*******@postgresql.org)

Not built in. You'll need to use some kind of pattern matching to strip
off the leading articles.
