WAL (Write Ahead Logging) which writes data before it acknowledgs
completing the transaction.

We write our data to file twice per day using pg_dump, and compress the
data. In the event of a restore, we would use the psql command to do a
complete restore from this file in a matter of minutes.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows.
