How i declare the variable in application.ini zend framework

How can i declared in application.ini zend framework

because i call this varaibale in my class but get error not found this _SERVICE_SECURITY ="http://172.31.11.82:80/IntWS2.0/Security.asmx?wsdl";
i set _SERVICE_SECURITY ="http://172.31.11.82:80/IntWS2.0/Security.asmx?wsdl"; in application.ini but same one tell me not correct this declaration in application you must use good syntaxe for application .ini such as System. somthing

i must use System.name_variable.samthing="http://172.31.11.82:80/IntWS2.0/Security.asmx?wsdl"
if that doesn't work

that doesn’t work. you must fetch the value from Zend’s config object.

cf. http://framework.zend.com/manual/1.1...pters.ini.html
