LDAP

P: n/a
Does anyone know if there is a way to manually configure PHP to enable
the LDAP functions, without having to recompile PHP?

I am using Sokkit in a production environment and don't want to risk
messing things up.

Thanks in advance.

Is Sokkit a windows distribution?

Is php_ldap.dll not already in PHP's extension directory?
If not, try getting the windows binary release .zip file for the
relevant PHP version from http://www.php.net/releases.php
Drop the php_ldap.dll in the extension directory and enable it in your
php.ini file, it might just work.

Can't you just set up a test environment?
