Does anyone know of a script that will generate a PDF with content from form inputs

I am writing a script to "Build & Price" a RV. I'd like to create a button that says "Email Me My RV" and this would open a modal box that would require user to fill out a small form... Name & Email address, then the script would send a PDF of the RV they built and options they selected.

I can build the form (name & email), just don't know how to setup the pdf creation that is emailed. Any ideas?

hmm Google for the answer gave me this:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.pdf.php

it would be as simple as reading the info from your form.
