Pulling back checkbox data from the DB

Hi. I'm looking for advice on how to pull back after I've submitted it into a DB (using roughly 10 different checkboxes). I should be able to echo out the result easily enough but it's the inital PHP query I'm having issues with.
$vehicle_options_query = "SELECT *
FROM vehiclesoptions ..

then I'm stuck lol!
Thanks in advance
