I am a PHP developer? How can I get a job in MNC?

I am a PHP developer with 2.5 years of experience in a small company. Right now I am not able to get a job with good salary package. Mainly because MNCs does not work on PHP. Now my question is what should be my next step if I want to get a job with good salary package within 1 or 2 years. I got lots of suggtions like some people says Drupal has a good choice after PHP. But I found MNCs require minimum 5-10 years experience for that. Some says to joining an MNC as UI developer(jquery, ajax, html5) wiuld be good. But I do not know it's future Some says to change domain. But if I chnage my domain then I have to start from begening and it will be weastage of time. So I am confused ammong these and please suggest me what would be perfect choice for me? Also provide some other option if you think.
