difficulty in displaying moree than one record for a particulae user

I am working on a paricular project with mysql as my back end. I ve three tables namely-Reg_users,patients and consultation. Now I have created every other page with dreamweaver but having difficulty in preparing a consultation page. I want to display more than one record for a particular patient when one clicks on Go to record button in the consultation page with the patients name and also add a link to a new page were the doctor can add a new record for that patient based on his/her id. Any knows how am going to implement that? I would appreciate it! Thankz. Php gurus

Please show us your code and describe what's wrong with it. Is it not displaying anything? Only displaying one record? Something else? Also post any error messages you're getting.
