Expiry date notification

I need to display applications with expiry date wethen 60 days, and have written the below codes which is not working.
Please help in correcting it.

 
$curdate = date("m/d/Y");          
 
$result = mysql_query("SELECT app_name, entity, license_expiry FROM app WHERE license_expiry = $curdate, INTERVAL 60 DAY)");
 
 
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($result)) {
 
 
 echo '<script language="javascript">alert("Application " .$app_name." used by  ".$entity." will expire on" .$license_expiry.)  </script>'; 
}
 
 

Please help.

You need to put your date values in quotes so the engine can convert it to a date type. Otherwise, you're just giving it a number divided by a number divided by another number.

You can't just put an interval without telling it what to do with that interval.
