how can i put weather info in my website ?

hi... friends....
i am developing one project on cityguide. i want to put weather(temperature) in sidebar which update or changes everyday for the city.

The first step would be to find a web service that provides that information. The next step would be to read their documentation on how to implement it. It will be different from service to service.
