How to import CSV file to wordpress using php?

In your wordpress dashboard, select 'plugins', then at top of the page select 'new' and in the following search box type 'import csv'. You will then get a variety of plugins that will do this for you. I have no idea what you wish to import, nor where, but there are a number of options there for you. Also, since WordPress is written in php, all the plugins are too. Hope this helps.
