Help required, I cant figure out what is still wrong.

pretty much everything.
a) there must be no output before a DTD (maybe except the XML prolog, if required)
b) there is no closing PHP-PI (?>)
c) strings have to be quoted in single/double quotes or heredoc/nowdoc syntax

if so ... where is the closing "?>"

Seems rather incomplete ...
