Hi,

Does anyone know about an opensource cms system that outputs data as
static html ?

I need this for highly visited site...

Not open source, but it is free.. http://OrbSpinner.com

Made for Windows XP/2000 currently. Comes with an embedded SQL
database.

Using templates, it just generates the static pages from the DB, and
then allows you to upload automatically via FTP. You also get to
write your own HTML form to input content to the db.
