How to open a HTML using PHP page id's?

P: 1
Hi all,

Can someone help me to achieve this:

When somebody clicks, for example, http://www.mysite.com/somepage.php?page_id=776 to open http://www.mysite.com/folder/foldr/somepage.html (or 776.php/html instead) Got it? I want to open specific HTML page using .php?page_id= function. Is that possible?
