what is my host name for plesk or where can i find it ?

i need to upload to my database (mysql) php myadmin

I don't know what plesk is but hostname usually means your computer's name (the name available via the network).

test it by pinging it from a command line:

if your computer name is blah:

> ping blah

you should get replies back.
