How to use tooltip using ajax in php

I am using tooltip in php using ajax,but problem is that tooltip is not displaying in well manner ,i am trying to apply class "cont tooltip ui-corner-all" ,but its not working
my code is

$new_month_wise_report .="<tr class='0'".$class_name.">
                                <td class='center'>".$sr_no."</td>
                                <td>
                                    ".$res2['name']."
                                </td>
                                <td>".$res2['email']."</td>

                            </tr>";

This is not ajax. This is jqueryUI.

Ensure you have the jquery UI files included and the path is correct (see if there's any java script errors using an error tool such as FireFox's Error Console)

If you're having issues, ask in the javascript forum.
