How to manage different language website according to the search engine optimization. Is it easy? If have any idea then please share me.
currently i manage languages with session. That's why url's are same in each language. But i want that if a user search in French in google then if it matches company name/data of French of my website then it should go directly to French language page.
Please let me know if i am not clear in my question. Thanks
In all honesty, as Google now does allot of this kind of work on it's own, You should rather concentrate on the quality of the content, getting those meta tag's right, and ensure that translated pages lead on from one another (when the user lands on a French translation, clicking to another article sticks to that language).
Another thing that could not hurt, is to take a bit of time making sure that your URL's are readable, and perhaps denote the language you are providing, even if it's an abbreviation, Google may use this information to help categorise your pages properly.

please tell me is it helpful if i use different url for each language like this
fr.site.com
site.com/fr/
and in this way different title , meta keywords ,meta description will be added according to each language.

try not to use prefix domains, as they may get diluted. stick with postfix names like site.com/fr/
The biggest emphasis here should be making the links readable, from your 3 examples. Id most likely go with the 3rd as it stands to reason you'd have different folders for different language sets.
