Using PHP, how to copy files from a unix server to a client Windows PC

Hi. I have a web application hosted on a unix server. I need PHP code to enable the client PCs to be able to copy/download few files located on my unix server to the client PC. Please help.

Look into using FTP on the client PCs.

PHP doesn't need to be involved.

It has to be done from internally from a web application.
