External Hit / How to forward my users to a link with my site idendity

Hello ! I have seen that many sites like facebook or google is using the external hit function !

I wonder how to code this !

I mean if some one posted a link to my site then that will be forwarded into that link with the browser name and ip of my site's !

Any suggestion appreciated :)

What do you mean by external hit function?

By default your configuration should be setup to pass the referrer and user agent automatically when a user navigates from your site to another. Whether or not the external site uses this data is out of your control.
