MySQL error when trying to secure wordpress by changing table prefix?

I am following the steps shown here

http://tdot-blog.com/wordpress/6-sim...x-in-wordpress

however when I try to change wp_user_roles under wp_options to the new prefix

I get this error

SQL query: Edit

UPDATE famech5_wrdp1.acess_options SET option_name = 'acess_user_roles' WHERE acess_options.option_id =95

MySQL said: Documentation
#1062 - Duplicate entry 'acess_user_roles' for key 2

Can somebody please help me ? I dont understand what its saying, what can I do at this point ?
