How do I create a PHP form that collates Text & Images then displays when searched ?

I am trying to create an inventory system on my site that allows me to input the text and image information of different items and it stores it into the database.

I want users to be able to search for available items using a search menu

and then all the items that march their search quarry should be displayed with the text and image data.

I already know how to add the image and text to the database but don't know how to display.
I'll be very grateful if someone can give me a fresh and simple approach to build the application. Thank you in advance

Then try to understand how to retrieve from database

Try understand SELECT statement. And also try to understand how to read from the resource
